RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY
At Londynn’s World, we want you to love every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or in unusable condition, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to be considered for a return or exchange.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective itemwhen contacting us.
Items that are damaged after delivery due to wear, improper handling, alteration, or customer use are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Approved items may be exchanged for the same item or another eligible item, depending on product availability.
STORE CREDIT ONLY
ALL APPROVED REFUNDS FROM LONDYNN’S WORLD ARE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We do not issue refunds back to the original form of payment.
If an exchange is unavailable or an approved return qualifies for a refund, you will receive Londynn’s World store credit for the approved merchandise amount.
Store credit can be used toward a future purchase at Londynn’s World.
Original shipping, local delivery, and other shipping-related charges are non-refundable and are not included in store credit.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your item is eligible.
Please do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from Londynn’s World first.
RETURN PROCESSING
Once your approved return has been received and inspected, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your exchange or store credit has been issued.
IMPORTANT
Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and must meet the requirements of this policy.
